This was a substantial
extension of an existing 3 bedroom farm house into a substantial
5 bedroom house making the most of the stunning views over the
surrounding countryside.
This was an extensive
two storey luxury extension adjacent to the existing dwelling.
It utilises the views of the garden and lake by large corner
glazing. The extension included a generous master bedroom en suite
with adjacent living room upstairs with a spiral staircase leading
to a large flexible work/living room downstairs. The project
was finished to a high standard of modern living.
The project involved
the fitting out and conversion of an existing timber construction
farm building to transform it into an authentic farm shop for
local produce.
The project was an
adjoined red face brick single skin garage with up and over
retractable garage door. This was finished with a quality herringbone
red brick driveway and a small brick retaining wall.
A large farm shed
for raising poultry or for all year round storage constructed
from treated timber with a softwood shiplap finish to harmonise
with the rural surrounding. The built in roof lights make the
most of the natural light and the U-pvc windows seal the building
from the weather.
Single storey
granny annex adjacent to existing dwelling with terolene finish.
Cavity wall blockwork construction with Upvc windows fitted
throughout. Finished to high standard with small scale hard
landscaping to surround.
